AOL E-MAIL Goldfish Connection Customers  



It has been brought to our attention that our customers with AOL e-mail accounts have not been receiving replies from me about their sick fish or any information sent to them in our Goldfish Connection Newsletter. We receive your AOL e-mail messages but we can not reply to them . All AOL Customers are listed on our Goldfish Connection Newsletter, however, you will never receive a message from us. 


Here's the problem: because our Newletter has thousands of members, (some with AOL e-mails) AOL has listed us as a "spammer" and placed us on their "spam list". We have been on their "spam list" for months and we were never contacted by AOL.


 We have tried everything we can to convince AOL that we are not in the "spam" business and nothing has been done to correct the problem. All we can tell you is if you have an AOL e-mail address you will not be receiving e-mails for help or information from our Goldfish Connection Newsletter.


If you would please contact AOL and let them know that you DO NOT want e-mails from www.goldfishconnection.com  blocked by them that are sent to you. If they keep you blocked and you want our help or information from our Goldfish Connection Newsletter the only option you have is to change your e-mail account.
